The Center for Maternal Mental Health was established and founded by a mother herself. After a long and exhausting journey with postpartum depression, she saw a great need for more resources for mothers and women and their unique mental health needs. If you are reading this, then you might know the feeling of needing help but not knowing how to get it or from where, or if it will even help at all. Getting help is hard enough, and not having adequate providers for maternal mental health makes it harder.

Our founder believes that mothers and women should have options in their communities to reach out and receive the support they need. That is why she created the Center for Maternal Mental Health in the North West Valley. We live in a developing part of Phoenix where the resources for mental health are slim. We aim to be part of the solution by providing much needed care here for our mothers and women in the west valley. We serve the Peoria, Surprise, El Mirage, Glendale, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye communities.
